## Description

We are seeking a Helpline Advisor to join our team at the Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow.

As a Helpline Advisor, you will handle high-volume inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and web-based platforms from various key stakeholders.

Your main duties will include:

- Handling high volume inbound enquiries

- Consistently meeting key performance indicators

- Using multiple CHG systems to book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments

- Liaising with Consultants, medical secretaries, and CHG hospital staff to meet customers' needs and provide the best customer experience

- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail to accurately record data across multiple CRM systems

- Making outbound calls to patients and other key stakeholders to convert enquiries

To be considered for this role, you should:

- Have Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence

- Be proficient in using a PC, including software and systems

- Have previous experience working in customer service or sales roles
