As the Talent Acquisition Director for IQVIA Japan, you will lead and manage both Commercial Solutions and Research & Development Solutions (R&DS) hiring; with a strategic focus on stakeholder relationships.

Your role will be pivotal in driving recruitment strategies that align with IQVIA's mission to accelerate innovation for a healthier world.

You will leverage your expertise in commercial solutions to enhance the talent acquisition process ensuring the recruitment of top-tier professionals who can contribute to our global healthcare initiatives.

Fluency in Japanese and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration within the region.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for both Commercial Solutions and Clinical Delivery operations.

- Manage stakeholder relationships to optimize recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Lead a team of recruitment professionals providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate recruitment solutions and drive operational success.

- Utilize your commercial solutions background to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

- Ensure compliance with regional and global recruitment standards and practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on commercial solutions.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

- Fluency in Japanese and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess recruitment challenges and implement solutions.

- Demonstrated polish and poise in stakeholder interactions and presentations.
