## Description

Priory Hospital North London has an opportunity for a Ward Manager in Mental Health Nursing to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of the Private Adult Ward, leading and supporting the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care, managing staffing and compliance, and promoting a positive, safe, and compassionate environment for patients and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide clinical leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of the Private Adult Ward

- Lead and support the nursing team

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**

- Experienced Mental Health Nurse with at least two years leadership experience within a relevant mental health or care setting

- Demonstrable experience working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse within a relevant clinical setting

- Experience supervising nursing or care staff

- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)

- Trained Assessor/Supervisor (or willingness to achieve)

- Computer literate

- Ability to provide effective clinical leadership and support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care

- Willingness to undertake further clinical, leadership and management training relevant to the role and area of practice

- Experience managing multiple priorities in a clinical environment
