## Description

We're seeking an Agile Coach & Organizational Development professional to join our team at AVL DiTEST. The ideal candidate will help us navigate organisational change while managing daily operations, product development, and customer needs.

**Job Summary:** As an Agile Coach & Organizational Development expert, you will identify and address obstacles within our systems, initiate and implement change initiatives, and support teams in their collaboration and self-organisation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and make hindrances in the system manageable

- Initiate change initiatives and monitor their implementation

- Support teams in their collaboration and self-organisation

- Bring together different perspectives and make them productive

**Requirements:**

- Experience in organisational development, change management, or transformation

- Experience with changes beyond individual teams

- Courage to address uncomfortable topics

- Systemic thinking and enthusiasm for complex relationships

- Ability to withstand resistance and remain capable of action

- Experience as a systemic consultant, Agile Coach, or Change Manager is beneficial
