## Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.

Responsibilities:

- Training and development to prepare you for a successful career in sales

- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to increase sales and growth

- Daily preparation and planning to execute sales strategies

- Supporting Account Sales Managers on route and providing coverage as needed

- Meeting daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising

- Collaborating with the team on audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meeting DOT driving standards

- DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
