## Description

Fifty-Five is looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead its UK business. This is a key leadership role within Fifty-Five, with full responsibility for the London office: its growth, clients, people, partnerships, and P&L.

You will work closely with Fifty-Five's leadership team as well as Brandtech Group's leaders to accelerate its position as a leading data and AI consultancy.

The role: As Managing Director, you will:

- Drive growth: own the UK growth strategy, originate new business, develop the sales pipeline, and expand relationships with existing clients.

- Lead clients: build trusted relationships with C-level executives and act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts.

- Own the P&L: take responsibility for revenue, profitability, forecasting, investments, and resource allocation.

- Lead people: attract exceptional talent, develop the leadership team, and create a high-performing, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture.

- Accelerate Data & AI: identify new opportunities across AI, data, cloud, and marketing transformation.

- Manage strategic partnerships: strengthen relationships with key technology partners, particularly Google and Google Cloud.

- Represent Fifty-Five: raise its profile through industry relationships, events, PR, and thought leadership.

- Group collaboration: partner with teams and leaders of other UK entities of the Brandtech Group.

About you: You are an established senior leader, ideally from consulting, data, technology, or digital transformation, and have held a role such as Partner, Managing Director, or VP. You combine a strong track record in business development and P&L leadership with the ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and lead high-performing teams.
