## Description

As an Operations Leader at NEXT's Stadium Way Warehouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading shifts and conducting pre-shift briefs and end-of-shift handovers

- Driving performance by monitoring KPIs such as Units Per Hour (UPH) and Cost Per Unit (CPU)

- Managing people through weekly performance discussions, Return to Work interviews, and handling absence or disciplinary matters

- Maintaining operational control by updating daily planners and target monitors

- Ensuring a safe environment through daily floor walks, safety observations, and leading accident investigations

- Staying connected with the team through tools like Yapster and internal chat

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Supervisory experience, ideally in a distribution or warehouse environment

- Strong communication skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

- Resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

- Practical skills such as computer literacy, a valid driving license, and problem-solving abilities
