## Description

Join our dynamic team as a Student Marketeer in Aveiro. As a Student Marketeer, you will be part of our ambassador programme and will be responsible for representing the Red Bull brand and product on campus and in your area. Your main goal will be to reach new consumers, engage with university students, increase sales, and represent the Red Bull brand on campus.

Responsibilities:

- Be an ambassador for the brand and product, living and breathing the personality of the brand and its values through daily interactions with customers and consumers.

- Expand the network of consumers by inviting them to try and experience Red Bull at the right time and place, addressing all consumer queries.

- Plan and execute a detailed and innovative plan to involve students and bring the brand closer to university life.

- Build a strong network of contacts by creating and maintaining relationships with key people.

- Share your enthusiasm and influence on social media by sharing authentic content.

- Work on Red Bull events and partner events to ensure consumers have an unforgettable experience with the brand.

Key responsibilities include:

- Execution of excellence in all areas, showing passion for details.

- Sharing ideas and collaborating regularly with your team, face-to-face or online.

- Planning and reporting activities through our online platform with precision and within deadlines.

- Contributing to the development of Red Bull's media field, sharing local tips, trends, and opportunities.

As an expert in sales, you will:

- Establish relationships with point-of-sale owners at universities and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in bars and cafes.

- Collaborate with sales teams to increase Red Bull distribution within and around your university campus.

- Utilize relevant Red Bull resources to maintain the brand's strength at point-of-sale.

- Ensure all store standards are met with excellence.

Requirements:

- Experience in public contact and events (preferable)

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality

- Highly accessible and sociable, able to relate to different people in various situations

- Deep understanding of student life, including behind-the-scenes activities and hotspots

- Combination of creative mind and entrepreneurial spirit, with high sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to coordinate part-time work with studies and ideally available to work some evenings and weekends

- Desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Linked to various groups and influential people within the university campus

- Passionate about Red Bull and its products

- University student

- Fluent in English
