## Description

The Allan Practice, located at Calcot Medical Centre in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join their well-established team for 6 sessions a week on a 2-year fixed term contract. The practice cares for around 10,400 patients and is rated Good by CQC. They offer a competitive salary depending on experience, with a supportive environment including administrative support, structured clinical meetings, and a multidisciplinary team.

**Main Duties:**

- Provide the full range of general medical services to registered patients, including face-to-face and telephone consultations, home visits, managing results, correspondence, and prescriptions.

- Work closely with partners, registrars, and the wider clinical team.

**Requirements:**

- MRCGP or equivalent, and CCT or equivalent.

- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.

- Included on the National Medical Performers List.

- Good clinical knowledge and decision-making across the range of general practice.

- Good communication skills and a commitment to patient-centred care.

- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Desirable Skills:**

- Experience as a GP in UK primary care.

- Interest in teaching, quality improvement, digital innovation, or a clinical lead area.

- Experience with EMIS and Docman.
