## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our team at The Clementine Churchill Hospital in Harrow. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

As a Clinical Services Manager, you will lead the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care that meets the individual needs of patients and supports the health of the wider community. You will act as a visible clinical leader and role model, working at least one clinical shift per week and providing expert advice and support to staff.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care

- Ensuring nursing staff consistently identify, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care

- Overseeing the day-to-day running of clinical services to ensure safe staffing and efficient patient flow

- Managing staff rotas, annual leave, and study leave

- Supporting the delivery of strategic and operational plans

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- A valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)

- Proven leadership experience in a senior nursing or clinical management role

- Strong understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and health policy frameworks

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and coordinate services

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Sound knowledge of financial planning, budget management, and resource optimisation
