## Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Core Platform Service group in Markets Post Trade. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and contribute to the organisation's technology communities.

- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure secure software solutions.

- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

As a Vice President, you will be expected to:

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.

- Manage and mitigate risks through assessment and advise key stakeholders.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought and adopt the outcomes of extensive research in problem-solving processes.

Requirements:

- Experience with Java development, specifically Java 17 or higher.

- Knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring Boot, RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and integration with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging platforms (MQ/TIBCO/Kafka/Solace).

- Solid skills with RDBMS like Oracle or similar (e.g., MS-SQL, PostgreSQL).

- Experience with Camunda BPM for workflow orchestration and process automation, including BPMN 2.0.

- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into strategic technology solutions.

Highly valued skills:

- Distributed Cache experience (Ignite, Redis, and others) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes and Agile methodology for software development.

- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (such as Angular, React, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
