## Description

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a qualified associate to join its Digital Infrastructure practice from its Miami office.

The position will support a broad spectrum of complex digital infrastructure matters across the globe, with a focus on data-center related matters such as development and colocation and hyperscaler lease arrangements; terrestrial and subsea fiber network development and commercialization; operational agreements related to infrastructure assets; and associated financing and M&A transactions.

Associates will be expected to take on substantial responsibility and leadership in a cutting-edge and fast-paced practice that supports some of the most active players in the sector.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience. They will demonstrate the ability to draft and negotiate transaction documents, have highly developed analytical and communications skills, and a true interest in developing a practice in the exciting digital infrastructure space.

The expected base salary range for this role is $235,000 to $310,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate's qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.

Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k)-retirement plan; and paid time off. Additional benefits may include relocation.
