## Description

Visa is seeking a Sr. Manager, SMB Product & Benefits Strategy to lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of key SMB solutions initiatives across Latin America and the Caribbean.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with the ability to influence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. He/she must have proven experience in building, connecting and advancing commercializing innovative products that deliver substantial value propositions to the market.

Responsibilities:

- Drive the planning and execution of Visa’s SMB product strategy and roadmap across Latin America and the Caribbean

- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and management of strategic partners and differentiated SMB-first benefits

- Own the end-to-end commercialization of the SMB benefits layer

- Partner with the local markets to identify, package and commercialize the most attractive benefit packages

- Serve as subject matter expert for SMB solutions and benefits

Qualifications:

- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree

- Experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders

- Experience in leading new client acquisition and sales opportunity management

- Experience in negotiating and closing deals across multiple geographies

- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree

- 5+ years’ experience in product leadership within a financial institution, financial technology or related company targeting SMBs

- Deep understanding of the SMB segment, including issuer needs, client priorities, product adoption drivers, competitive dynamics, and the broader payments ecosystem across Latin America and the Caribbean

- Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese a plus
