## Description

We are looking for a Trial Attorney to join its growing practice in Indiana. The Trial Attorney will handle cases in litigation involving personal injury motor vehicle incidents including trial prep and trial.

Responsibilities:

- Handle litigation cases on a day-to-day basis

- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guide clients through the case process

- Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits

- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the IN State Bar Association

- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
