## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent client service, resolving problems, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff

- Manage and staff operations assignments

- Provide temporary coverage and training

- Ensure excellent client service and problem resolution

- Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives

- Guide Operations Managers in setting team and individual goals

- Assist the Operations Director in crafting operations procedures

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of related working experience, preferably as a Senior Manager/Director specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent

- Experience handling at least 600 FTEs

- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office applications and Google applications

- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

- Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills

- Professional, courteous, and resilient attitude
