## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader (Technical Tainer) to design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. As a Learning Experience Leader, you will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character

- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams

- Deliver technical preparatory training for expert technical support and desktop support personnel

- Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training

- Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities across the organization

- Amend and revise training programs with product development and internal departments

- Act as a subject matter expert to develop and maintain technical training documentation, knowledge base articles, and instructional materials

- Develop and execute high-impact induction and ongoing enablement programs for specialized engineering roles

- Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers

- Ensure statutory training requirements are met and understand e-learning techniques

- Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning

- Ensure all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching experience)

- Solid understanding of conferencing fundamentals, in-app generative and agentic AI features, and IT systems and equipment

- Proven track record creating training assets covering core product usage and AI prompt/feature adoption

- Skilled technical writer able to document problems and solutions

- Strong time and project management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and fluency in English

- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative, with strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills

**Education/Certifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, IT/Computer-related course, or related field

**Work Location/Work Schedule/Travel:**

- Anonas, Quezon City

- 100% onsite work setup

- GY Schedule (Rotational as needed)
