## Description

HSBC México is seeking a Branch Administrator to oversee daily operations at our Lindavista branch. As a key member of our team, you will supervise and control window operations and platform activities, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily branch operations, including window and platform activities

- Ensure efficient cash flow for Service Executives and accurate processes for Promoters

- Provide customer services as a host on the platform, achieving customer satisfaction and referrals for sales

Requirements:

- Degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress) or completed Baccalaureate

- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial sector

- Minimum 6 months of experience in banking operations (products)

- Knowledge of existing regulations

- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
