## Description

As a Senior IT Digital Program Manager at 3M, you will lead complex, multi-million-dollar digital initiatives from initial concept through production launch.

You will drive enterprise-wide technical programs, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure alignment with 3M's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex Digital IT programs

- Managing multiple interconnected projects under a unified program structure

- Overseeing complex technical implementations and partnering with IT, engineering, and business teams

- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders up to the SVP level

- Collaborating with functional leaders to build high-performing program teams

- Identifying program risks and dependencies early and implementing proactive mitigation strategies

- Managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring delivery quality

- Owning program financials, including forecasting, tracking, and ensuring accountability for multi-million-dollar budgets

- Driving transparent, structured program reporting to leadership

Requirements:

- High school diploma or higher

- 15 years IT professional experience

- 5 years experience in significant leadership roles on complex global programs

- 5 years experience in overseeing global teams

Preferred qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams

- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations

- Proficiency in budget management ($1M+)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills

- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution

- Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment

- Financial acumen and experience in managing multi-million dollar budgets

- PMI PMP and/or PgMP certification
