## Description

We are seeking an Associate Producer for the Business Operations team to work on EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile. As an Associate Producer, you will work closely with central organizations such as Publishing, Marketing, Product Management, and Mobile Central Technologies on behalf of the Development Team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate deliverables and ensure high-quality and success across interdisciplinary teams

- Identify opportunities to grow live operations services and tools

- Drive and coordinate releases of EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile with a global team

- Create value propositions, collect requirements, and plan roadmaps for new tools and optimizations

- Craft estimates for business opportunities and track success against targets

- Develop successful partnerships with global teams

- Prepare and track app store assets and first-party featuring assets for large global updates

- Collaborate with the business operations team and development team on feature prioritization, production, and quality executions

- Provide clear and concise communication to the production team

- Work closely with the community management team to understand users and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in games development as a producer, marketing, product manager, or equivalent

- Experience in game development with relevant experience working on a live service game

- Experience leading cross-functional teams on a live mobile game

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Leadership skills and ability to drive actions and deliverables

Preferred Skills:

- Love for global football and its stars

- Experience working with interdisciplinary experts

- Understanding of user experience on mobile with a 'player-first' mentality

- Eye for detail and ability to articulate value propositions

- Passion for providing a safe and inclusive environment for all team members
