Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Swindon Orbital Retail Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Digital confidence and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Working Hours:

- Monday 06:00 - 10:00

- Tuesday 06:00 - 10:00

- Thursday 06:00 - 10:00

- Saturday 06:00 - 10:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
