## Description

Join the London Borough of Sutton as a Highways Business Systems & Improvement Manager. You will lead the effective use and continuous improvement of highways systems, data, and digital processes across Kingston and Sutton.

The role involves owning highways business systems, improving end-to-end processes, and driving user adoption and continuous improvement. You will work closely with operational teams, corporate digital and IT colleagues, and external suppliers to translate service needs into practical improvements and measurable benefits.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing and improving business-critical operational systems, strong experience of business process improvement, and proven ability to translate operational requirements into practical system, process, data, and reporting improvements.

The salary for this role is GBP 48,519 - 53,919 per year.
