Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll be working in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

Requirements:

- Be digitally confident

- Able to work early mornings

- Flexible and able to work across various areas of the store

Working Hours:

- Week 1: Sunday 12:00-20:00, Wednesday 04:30-08:30, Friday 04:30-08:30, Saturday 04:30-10:30

- Week 2: Tuesday 04:30-10:30

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

Benefits:

- Competitive pay rate

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
