## Description

The Boeing Company, specifically Boeing Defense, Space and Security, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Janitor to join their team in Ridley Park, PA. This position supports the maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation in common areas and offices.

**Responsibilities:**

- Ensure common areas and offices are clean and sanitary.

- Clean, dispose of trash, and recycle in designated areas.

- Scrub, sweep, polish floors, walls, office furniture, and remove waste.

- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and supplies of soap, towels, and cleaning items.

- Store equipment in an orderly fashion and in designated locations.

- Clean partitions, windows, and polish metal surfaces.

- Perform general housekeeping operations.

- Use tools, materials, equipment, and instruments necessary for the job.

- Follow oral or written instructions and adhere to Company standards of safety, workmanship, and good housekeeping practice.

- Safely operate standard janitorial tools and equipment after receiving training.

**Requirements:**

- Valid Driver's License.

- Ability to stand, bend, reach, kneel, push, and pull for the duration of the shift.

- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds and push/pull using up to 45 pounds of force.

- Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous commercial, industrial, custodial, or janitorial experience.

**Additional Information:**

- This is an hourly position governed by the UAW Collective Bargaining agreement.

- Starting pay range: $19.43 per hour.

- The position is 100% onsite.

- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, being a 'US Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15.

- This position does not offer relocation assistance.
