## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Resourcing Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will actively participate in recurring or ad-hoc calls with other resourcing team members, Therapeutic Area team members, Portfolio Leaders, Business Development, and Operations management to capture minutes, track action items, and share data as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

- Completing daily STAT Request reviews and processes

- Providing independent data QC, highlighting key data issues, and engaging with business partners to correct them

- Reviewing and analyzing Assigned and Available GRM export reports, Budget Validation Report

- Analyzing report data and providing detailed information to GCO, GCTM, and GPM leadership

- Completing regular Quality Checks of GRM to ensure data integrity and accuracy

- Analyzing therapeutic experience reports and Curriculum Vitae (CVs) to identify potential options for resource or proposal assignments

The ideal candidate will have:

- A BA/BS degree in business, management, or a science/healthcare field

- Resource management experience, preferably in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company

- Direct and relevant clinical research experience preferred

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work in a dynamic environment

- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet
