## Description

This Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing customer subscription lists and identifying the most cost-effective method to deliver products to customers. The role involves compiling shipping charges for billing on legal and 3rd party work.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Analyze data to identify the most cost-effective method of subscription delivery.

- Utilize system knowledge to investigate problems and identify root causes and solutions to open issues.

- Use SAP Customer/Subscriber Lists or other source data to create compliant shipping lists in BCC Software.

- Update shipping records and associated costs by extracting data and summarizing for 3rd party billing.

- Ensure process execution is in line with SOX compliance.

- Proactively build relationships with stakeholders, internal and external customers.

- Understand the requirements for USPS compliance with all periodical permits required for customer subscription lists.

- Liaise with national USPS, UPS, FedEx personnel and carriers for issue resolution.

- Assist in the development, testing, implementation, and coordination of special customer requests.

**Required Qualifications**

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Highly motivated, driven to achieve results, and able to work independently.

- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple tasks.

- 2-4+ years of experience with Associates/Technical degree, or 5+ years of related work experience post high school.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Knowledge of SAP.

- Knowledge of shipping processes, USPS, UPS, and FedEx ship methods.
