As an International On Premise Field Sales Specialist, you will provide expertise, insights, and practical support to help local teams optimize execution standards, coverage approaches, and sales effectiveness while supporting the successful implementation of global On Premise initiatives.

### Responsibilities

#### Field Sales Excellence, Market Execution & Coverage (Primary Focus)

- Support the development and continuous improvement of field sales excellence standards across international markets by collecting insights, identifying opportunities, and sharing best practices that contribute to consistent execution.

- Collaborate with local teams to evaluate and optimize coverage models, outlet segmentation approaches, call frequencies, and execution frameworks to support market effectiveness and resource allocation.

- Participate in market visit routines to gather insights, assess execution quality, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the follow-up of agreed action plans.

- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations that support field sales effectiveness and commercial performance using internal tools, benchmarking reports, and business performance dashboards.

- Support capability development by facilitating knowledge sharing, documenting best practices, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of field sales execution across markets.

#### Cross-Functional Alignment and Collaborations

- Collaborate closely with On Premise stakeholders across Sales, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Field Teams, supporting effective communication and alignment on key initiatives and priorities.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing, promote best-practice exchange, and contribute to the successful implementation of global programs across markets.

- Support the planning and execution of key internal initiatives and events, including Area Meetings, Summits, the Legacy Program, and other On Premise projects.

### Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in field sales or field-based commercial roles.

- Strong understanding of field sales execution, route-to-market models, outlet segmentation, and commercial drivers.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, interpret performance data, and translate insights into practical recommendations.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions, markets, and cultures.

- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to execution and follow-through.

- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful, and business-focused presentations.

- Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally. Additional languages are considered an advantage.
