## Description

Flexport is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to build and maintain a healthy book of business in end-to-end supply chain solutions and fulfillment.

The role involves:

- Building a book of business by closing new customers and cross-selling/upselling existing ones

- Uncovering and connecting with ideal clients through self-prospecting and collaboration with the SDR team

- Consulting with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and creating value-add solutions

- Leading monthly and quarterly business meetings with existing clients

- Navigating and selling Flexport's suite of products across the supply chain/shipment lifecycle

- Working closely with internal teams to drive a best-in-class customer experience

- Leading the customer onboarding process

Requirements include:

- 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries

- At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role

- An obsession with client happiness and a competitive drive to win over customers

- Demonstrated ability to run a structured sales process and build long-term commercial relationships

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

The role offers a robust compensation package: Base salary: $83,000-105,000; OTE: $186,000-210,000, uncapped accelerators, equity grants, competitive benefits, and more.
