## Description

Our client is seeking a KYC Operations Specialist to support the timely onboarding and maintenance of clients across various platforms, ensure data integrity, and maintain a strong understanding of KYC/AML processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support timely onboarding and maintenance of clients across all relevant platforms

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms

- Maintain a strong understanding of KYC/AML processes

- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures

- Assist with integration into the local operations model

- Provide handover at end of day to facilitate a follow-the-sun model

- Develop and document operations controls and work processes

- Identify root causes of problems and implement process improvements

- Provide subject matter expertise within the CLMG-KYC Operations space

- UAT testing and production of weekly MI reporting

- Keep up to date with industry standards and operational processes

- Develop and retain close relationships with key departments and individuals

**Requirements:**

- Good understanding of AML & CLMG-KYC Operations

- Previous account opening/settlement instructions maintenance experience within a Financial Institution

- Minimum of 1 or 2 years experience within a AML & CLMG-KYC Operations role

- Sound Capital Markets product knowledge and regulatory requirements governing KYC/AML
