## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Scunthorpe Retail Park. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing stock and deliveries

- Operating mechanical equipment

- Working across the wider store where needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Being a team player and supporting colleagues across the store

The role involves working varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, and being flexible to meet the demands of retail. You'll need to be digitally confident and able to work at a fast pace.

As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll be paid £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for any hours worked between 22:00-06:00. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
