## Description

We're looking for an experienced Head of Business Services to create exceptional workplace and customer environments that let our colleagues thrive and give our residents and customers the very best of NHG. Leading a team of around 15 colleagues, our Head of Business Services will oversee NHG's office estate of four offices and over 100 small satellite locations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across NHG's office estate

- Lead the delivery of facilities management, workplace services, reception, maintenance, cleaning, security, disaster recovery and business continuity

- Set and manage the Business Services budget, establish customer-focused service standards and KPIs

- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Business Services team

- Manage workplace, facilities and support service suppliers

- Lead office refurbishments, relocations and workplace improvement programmes

The ideal candidate: Essential:

- Significant senior leadership experience in business services, workplace management, facilities management or a comparable multi-site operational environment

- Excellent knowledge of facilities management, health and safety, compliance and operational risk, with an IOSH Managing Safely qualification

- Strong financial management and budgeting skills

Desirable:

- NEBOSH qualification

- Professional qualification or membership in a relevant discipline, such as the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM)
