## Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a leading personal injury firm, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our clients. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in personal injury or insurance defense and a strong desire to work as part of a team to advocate for injured clients.

**Responsibilities** Using intelligent, compassionate, and determined advocacy, your primary mission is to maximize recovery for the value of our client's harm and the wrong that caused it. You will be a key member of a team dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Your duties will include:

- Intake and first meetings with clients: showing compassion and building trust, documenting all facts pertinent to liability, damages, and coverage

- Investigation: directing investigations to build strong cases for trial, assessing insurance coverage, and gathering critical evidence

- Negotiation: preparing cases for trial while evaluating Full Settlement Value, maintaining relationships with adjusters, and negotiating aggressively and strategically

- Litigation: preparing pleadings and discovery for lawsuits, strategizing and executing trial preparations, mediation, or arbitration

**Benefits**
