## Description

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end success of high-impact AI projects for clients. You'll be the crucial link between customers and technical teams, ensuring on-time delivery, maximising value, and cultivating strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping to final implementation

- Collaborate with technical teams and customers to design innovative AI solutions

- Manage project development and ensure a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to new business pitches and proposals

- Develop and mentor peers, taking a proactive role in building good processes and practices

Requirements:

- Previous experience in professional services, ideally from a consulting, technology, or data background

- Experience taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects

- Exceptional communication skills, with outstanding written and verbal skills

- Experience working with technical teams and delivering technical projects, ideally in AI

- Practical problem-solving skills, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing solutions
