Peloton is hosting a virtual Hiring Event to find top-performing, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join their Valley Fair Mall - Santa Clara store team.

### Roles We Are Hiring For

#### 1. Lead Expert (Full-Time)

- Top-performing sales professional and floor leader

- Set the pace on the sales floor, drive individual revenue, manage CRM leads, and coach peers

- Meet/exceed sales targets, audit team CRM leads, lead floor operations, and conduct product demonstrations

- 2+ years of retail sales experience, proven peer-mentorship abilities, CRM experience, and a passion for health and wellness

- Pay: $22/hr + commission

#### 2. Part-Time Peloton Expert

- Core front-line driver of store success

- Build long-lasting client relationships, drive sales through product demonstrations, and maintain high visual and operational standards

- Focus on individual sales achievement, Salesforce CRM outreach, exceptional customer service, and product education

- Prior customer-facing sales experience, strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and schedule flexibility

- Pay: $20/hr + commission

#### 3. Seasonal Part-Time Peloton Expert (Through January 31st)

- Deliver immersive in-store experiences, educate guests on Peloton products and content, and help new Members start their fitness journeys

- In-store customer engagement, matching guests to the right products, supporting community and marketing events, and inventory/merchandising tasks

- Customer service or fitness experience, empathetic listening skills, strong teamwork, and flexible availability
