## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Business Development specialist. You will explore new business opportunities, assess market trends, and design new business development campaigns to drive specific business focus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Explore new business opportunities and upcoming trends with external/internal reports/research

- Assess market intelligence and data to brainstorm new business strategies/programs

- Design new business development campaigns/programs to drive specific business focus

- Drive alignment across teams, organize and coordinate meetings

- Monitor project development progress and work closely with project workgroups

- Engage with business parties and stakeholders in change management activities

- Build consensus and facilitate discussions with related stakeholders, business partners, and IT teams

- Work with a multidisciplinary team comprising marketers, product managers, technologists, operations, and distributions

**Required Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or related disciplines

- At least 7 years of experience in sales analysis/MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and/or Banking sector

- Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind, and system project skills

- Proficient in using Excel, VBA, and other statistical tools

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
