## Description

We are seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Vitória, Espírito Santo.

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies in the Espírito Santo and Norte Fluminense regions.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales plans for the region, negotiating with individual stores

- Engage with the DP team and third-party merchandising agency to maintain execution levers

- Act as a liaison between the Regional Sales Manager and retail networks

- Provide training to the Key Account team and merchandising agency staff on perfect store concepts and negotiation techniques

- Monitor results and calculate investment closures and contract payments

Requirements:

- Experience in trade, merchandising, or commercial areas

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Valid driver's license (category B)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

- Residency in Grande Vitória/ES
