The Audit Insights and Innovation (I&I) team at Capital One uses AI, data management, and machine learning to deliver key risk insights for internal auditors. As a Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between generative AI capabilities, enterprise-scale design, and specialized domain expertise to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs

- Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving towards Minimal Viable Product (MVP) for feature testing

- Demonstrate a growth mindset, using hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure products deliver on real business needs

- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring risk management processes are followed

- Work autonomously in an agile environment, conducting research and developing features that utilize new and evolving technology

- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions

- Deliver well-managed product platforms, seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy

- Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with complex data pipelines and AI capabilities
