## Description

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team at Alta View Clinics. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care.

Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care under the direction of a clinician

- Communicate clearly with patients through various modalities, including telephone and in-person interactions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality patient care

Requirements:

- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or one year of Medical Assistant experience

- Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

- Demonstrated basic computer skills, including word processing and data entry

- Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in an outpatient clinic or other healthcare setting

- Computer literacy in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software

- Current national MA certification

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.07 - $28.59 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
