## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Manager to oversee QA project planning and execution in their Bogota, Colombia office.

The successful candidate will report to the Development Director and collaborate with development teams, QA peers, and partner groups to coordinate project schedules, strategize tests, and manage project metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

- Project management: overseeing project schedules, modifying priorities, balancing scope and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks

- Team leadership and collaboration: conducting regular meetings, communicating project expectations and progress updates, encouraging partner engagement

- Resource management: determining and managing resource requirements, handling capacity planning and scheduling

- People/talent management: managing, mentoring, and supporting QA team members, conducting performance reviews and career development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles in QA and project management

- 3+ years of people management experience

- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and bug tracking tools

- Understanding of software development processes

- Stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience with white-box/gray-box testing techniques
