## Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel Data & Privacy Compliance to play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Red Bull's global data and privacy compliance framework.

The successful candidate will focus on strategic projects, global processes, and governance structures that support compliant data handling across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Implementing the global data and privacy compliance program

- Developing, reviewing, and updating internal data protection guidelines, standards, processes, and risk analyses

- Analysing new and upcoming data protection, cybersecurity, and related regulations

- Optimising and supporting global processes for data subject requests and incident handling

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners on strategic compliance initiatives

Requirements:

- Completed law degree or IT-related field; further qualifications are advantageous

- CIPP/E or comparable data protection qualification preferred

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data protection, privacy compliance, and/or cybersecurity

- Excellent English language skills

- Experience in building and developing privacy frameworks in an international environment

- Proven experience in managing strategic, cross-functional projects and stakeholder management

- Strong knowledge of European data protection law and emerging data-related and cybersecurity regulations

- Analytical skills and sound legal and business judgment

- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex legal topics understandably

- Structured, meticulous, and process-oriented work style with high organisational strength
