## Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who drives product vision and strategy while leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

The Ministry of Finance is embarking on the Whole of Government Procurement initiative, and GeBIZ X is the MOF product that would transform the procurement and business experience for WOG public officers and external suppliers.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency’s overall goals.

- Lead the product team to achieve this vision.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities.

- Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.

- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market demand.

- Work closely with engineering, design, policy, and agency teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making.

- Use data-driven insights to make informed adjustments to the product strategy.

- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

- Ensure that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.

- Drive iterative product enhancement based on user feedback.

- Monitor developments in government digital services and procurement technology.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated success in launching and scaling complex digital products, particularly in SaaS environments.

- Proven track record of leading end-to-end product initiatives from discovery through delivery, with measurable impact on user adoption and business outcomes.

- Strategic product thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive product initiatives that align with organisational objectives whilst delivering measurable business outcomes.

- Experience with agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management, particularly in complex enterprise software environments, with proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams, translating user needs into strategic product decisions that balance business goals with user outcomes through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

## Contract Details

- This will be a 2-year fixed term contract.
