We are seeking a Welcome Desk Agent (Front Desk Agent) to join our team at W Hotels in Hong Kong.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and sharing local area highlights.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Managing front desk operations

- Handling guest requests and resolving issues

- Maintaining accurate records and reports

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- No prior work experience required

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
