As an Insurance Operations Manager, you will own Zego Insurance Limited's operations and lead insurer-focused projects across the business.

Responsibilities:

- Lead insurer-focused projects and regulatory workstreams

- Be hands-on in delivery and ensure projects are completed

- Take ownership of ZIL's operational resilience framework

- Support ZIL's internal audit programme

- Enhance ZIL's governance and strengthen frameworks and controls

- Support the oversight of outsourced service providers

- Manage insurance partners and ensure effective operating rhythms

- Continually improve operations and simplify processes

Requirements:

- Experience in an operations, project or governance role within a regulated insurer

- Knowledge of Gibraltar, UK or EU insurance regulation is a plus

- Solid understanding of how an insurer works

- Track record of delivering complex projects

- Experience with governance, policies or audit

- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
