## Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our US Card Recoveries product team at Capital One. The successful candidate will help improve how we engage with customers facing financial hardship and refine the products and processes that support them.

In this role, you will partner closely with a dedicated technology team, as well as Business Analysts, Process Managers, Operations, Risk, and Legal, to design and launch new product capabilities. You will be responsible for leading discovery, setting the product roadmap, and driving delivery to help bring our strategy to life.

Our Product Management framework consists of five key areas:

This role is designated as a hybrid position, requiring adherence to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100

- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100

- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
