## Description

As an Activity Staff member with Princess Cruises, you will play a vital role in creating lasting memories for our guests by delivering a guest-centric product experience that aligns with brand standards and health and sanitization protocols. You will create positive connections, emcee key activity and entertainment programming, and support a guest and teammate-centric culture that increases Net Promoter, profitability, Service Excellence, and drives a safe and healthy environment in accordance with HESS protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating, hosting, training, promoting, emceeing, and assisting all activities and events to create an engaging and entertaining experience for guests.

- Embracing MedallionClass products, services, and applications to identify guests and deliver exceptional, personalized service.

- Collaborating with onboard teammates to provide reliable information and updates to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

- Providing a positive first impression to guests through a warm, welcoming greeting, maintaining the company's standard, and complying with fleet safety regulations in accordance with HESS protocols.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:

- Own your experience area and support the development, implementation, and execution of initiatives in alignment with the Entertainment leadership team.

- Anticipate and take ownership of guest needs and requests, demonstrate responsibility, authority, and accountability in all performance areas, and actively learn and answer questions on product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information.

- Arrive at events at least 15 minutes early to ensure efficient setup and engage with guests, and prioritize performance standards set out by the Cruise Staff Tier Program.
