## Description

We are seeking a Claims Expert in Real Estate at our Karlsruhe office, either full-time or part-time (from 32 hours/week).

As a Claims Expert, you will handle complex, large, and escalated claims, analyze challenging situations, and develop robust, customer-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Handle complex claims at an expert level

- Provide technical expertise to colleagues and interfaces within the business area

- Design and deliver training sessions for employees and customers on complex claims and coverage topics

- Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and technical quality in claims management

Requirements:

- Insurance-related education and preferably a completed law degree

- Extensive experience in claims management, particularly in complex or high-volume scenarios

- Strong analytical skills, initiative, and excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in standard software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
