## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Vice-President to work in our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) India hub, focusing on credit risk-oriented valuation management, consulting, and analytics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Procure and review complex real estate appraisals

- Provide real estate valuation consulting

- Manage third-party appraisal vendors

- Review portfolio positions

- Adhere to regulatory and policy compliance protocols

**Requirements:**

- Experience in reviewing complex real estate appraisal reports and understanding portfolio reviews; Real Estate consulting is a plus;

- Extensive knowledge of USPAP, FIRREA, IFRS, RICS Red Book, as well as regulatory and policy compliance protocols;

- Maintain licensing from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under applicable valuation rules.

- Member or advanced professional of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) or the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or (Appraisal Institute of India (AII)

- In-depth knowledge with multiple property types and with multiple US markets

- Proficient with CoStar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus

- Analytical skills, including cash flow modelling / forecasting

- Ability to work independently under time pressure and focus on multiple reviews at once

- Strong written and oral communication skills
