## Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Red Bull North America. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing key supplier relationships, monitoring SLA and KPI performance, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage key supplier relationships, monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct QBRs, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.

- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across key indirect categories.

- Develop and deliver overarching category plans that deliver reduced risk, improved value, and improved business outcomes.

- Monitor category trends and grow category networks to deliver innovation and optimisation.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations within owned categories.

- Lead key projects in procurement, including the implementation of a Master Vendor solution.

- Create data insights and reports to drive cost-saving, efficiency, and sustainability improvements.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar operational role.

- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong negotiating experience and cross-functional problem-solving.

- Experience in data analysis with a high level of capability in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/visualisation tools.

- Experience in using SAP Ariba or other technology or cloud-based procurement or supply-chain systems.

- Strong time management, communication, and influencing skills.

- Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.

- Proven track record of delivering cost efficiencies.

- Experience in an FMCG environment.

- Pro-active and enquiring mind with the ability to identify opportunities across the business.
