## Description

We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will ensure that the appropriate processes are adequately documented and followed across all systems.

Responsibilities:

- Convert data received from data suppliers into IQVIA standard format as per instructions

- Process received sales, product, manufacturer, and customer files using relevant IQVIA applications and procedures to produce the relevant coding for the period

- Oversee all quality assurance testing and ensure that all testing is carried out prior to deliverable dispatch

- Conduct various checks to capture any data anomaly prior to the release of client deliverables

- Maintain data quality by analyzing various reports that generate transactions which have potential issues

- Perform data checks by analyzing results and trends

- Provide impact analysis of identified data corrections

- Serve as subject resource on relevant production area, answering queries

- Review problems arising during the process and ensure successful resolution

- Communicate actively with other departments/functions to inform of task status or to resolve problems

- Escalate issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using established call escalation procedures

- May provide input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation

- Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Associate's degree, diploma, or equivalent

- Proficiency in Windows applications (Word and Access)

- Proficient and knowledgeable in SQL and Excel

- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters

- Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes

- Willingness to work on flexible schedule and render overtime on holidays
