## Description

Recorded Future is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to serve as a strategic partner across marketing decision-making. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics and play a crucial role in executing reporting, measurement, and data foundation initiatives that enable the business to make faster, smarter decisions.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports across various tools such as HockeyStack, Salesforce, Domo, and Adobe CJA

- Analyzing top-of-funnel marketing performance, lead acquisition, conversion rates, and opportunity progression

- Providing ad hoc analysis and insights to support strategic questions

- Validating reporting and ensuring data quality across systems

- Troubleshooting and resolving integration and data discrepancies

- Supporting the maintenance and evolution of multi-touch attribution models

- Translating attribution and pipeline data into actionable insights

- Driving investment in AI and automation for marketing analytics

- Building and extending automation and data-access workflows

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, strong proficiency in building dashboards and reports, hands-on experience with CRM data and marketing automation platforms, and working knowledge of SQL and/or Python.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000-$137,500.
