## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Gateway M40 Banbury store. As a Christmas temporary role, you will be working part-time hours with potential to work full-time during peak periods in December.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. You will be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment
